  1. 课题组简介

  课题组研究标的目标为癌症基因组学和生物信息学,主要尽力于应用系统生物学方法研究癌症的爆发机制并寻找能够的疗法。一方面经过整合已有的少量基因组学和临床数据,开掘与癌症风险、癌症治疗相干的突变位点,并研究它们的感化机制;另外一方面应用高通量试验方法检测基因-基因间、基因-药物间相互感化,寻觅能够的药物靶点和治疗方法。试验室注从新基因组学技巧和生物信息学方法的融合,2014建立以来,已构成了一支来自分歧专业配景的交叉学科团队,建成了却合高通量测序技巧、组学和临床数据的大年夜范围剖析和细胞模型的完整研究平台。
